5 Secrets of the Japanese Food

5 Secrets of the Japanese Food

I love Japanese food and lived in Osaka in the late sixties 60s almost 50 years back. The biggest health issue with Japanese cuisine may be that it's centered around refined carbohydates, in the form of white rice, noodles made white flour, and bread - most of the bread consumed in Japan is as white as snow. Some people think soba noodles are healthier than other types of noodles, and while buckwheat (soba) may have some beneficial qualities, most of the soba you can get, especially the dried kind, contains a lot of white wheat flour (buckwheat on its own is pretty hard to form into thin noodles).

When it comes to “DIET”, many people think that we should reduce the food and must sacrifice the taste and the moment of enjoyment in food in order to get a nice body. With 5 Japanese secrets for feed, you’ll learn everything you need to easily change your eating habits to improve your health and not to reduce your food in any time. These 5 Secrets will simply help you to not apply ridiculously restrictive rules in your diet.

Secret No. 1: Eat with your eyes. The Japanese food is not served in small vessels. With the presentation of a large quantity of food n your table, you will be encouraged first to enjoy a meal with your eyes, simply every bite will be aromatic and tasty. Before you start eating give the attention of your brain to avoid overeating.

Secret No. 2: Fill the stomach 80%. Eating until you fill the stomach 80%, is one more secret how to not come to overeating. The idea is to eat more slowly and once you feel that your stomach is full of quite 80%, and then it is best to stop eating. If you eat slowly, your brain will have time to feel and be reminded that your stomach is full of food.

Secret No. 3: More than 5 per day.Vegetables are used massively in Japanese cuisine at least 4 or 5 different types of vegetables are served in a one meal. The Japanese say that you need to eat more than 100 different types of food in a one week. If you include vegetables in every meal, including and breakfast, you will be much healthier in every moment.

Secret No. 4: Fresh fish. Fish such as salmon, tuna, mackerel and sardines are rich with omega-3 fatty acids and therefore are too used in the Japanese food. With this will increase the health of your heart.

Secret No. 5: Alternative proteins.Soya products are great vegetarian alternative to red meat, because they have little or don’t have saturated fats. But be careful to not consume in large quantities, no more than 25 grams per day, because it can be harmful to your health. But the origin of the proteins does not have to be just from soya, this is a good alternative to replace animal protein. The combination of beans and rice is also an excellent alternative.
