(NSI News Source Info) OSHKOSH, Wis. - October 20, 2010: Oshkosh Defense, a division of Oshkosh Corporation (NYSE:OSK), is increasing the U.S. Army’s Family of Heavy Tactical Vehicle (FHTV) fleet with the addition of 1,200 trucks following orders from the U.S. Army TACOM Life Cycle Management Command (LCMC). The bulk of the orders are for the Oshkosh Palletized Load System (PLS) A1, a next-generation truck that gives soldiers improved mobility and protection capabilities.
