(NSI News Source Info) TORONTO, Canada - November 15, 2011: Between 200 and 300 military officers and soldiers, joined by dozens of volunteer fighters that had participated in the successful campaign to unseat Moamer Kadhafi, gather in the Benina air base near Benghazi airport on November 15, 2011 to name a new military chief and relaunch a national army.
