Chancellor Angela Merkel of Germany and Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger of California arrived at the opening ceremony of the 2009 CeBIT technology trade fair at the Hanover Congress Center in Hanover, Germany. CeBIT, the world's largest computer and IT trade fair, will run from March 3-8.
