Triton Marine Construction Corp., Bremerton Wash. (N44255-10-D-5017); Manson Construction Co., Seattle, Wash. (N44255-10-D-5018); Nova Group, Inc., Napa, Calif. (N44255-10-D-5019); Reyes Construction, Inc., Pomona, Calif. (N44255-10-D-5020); and Watts Constructors, LLC, Honolulu, Hawaii (N44255-10-D-5021), are each being awarded an indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity multiple award design build construction contract to provide new construction, renovation, alteration, demolition, and repair work, including any necessary design, for marine/waterfront projects at various locations within the Naval Facilities Engineering Command (NAVFAC) Northwest area of responsibility (AOR). The maximum dollar value, including the base period and four option years, for all five contracts combined is $97,000,000. Triton Marine Construction Corp. is being awarded task order #0001 at $1,254,000 for the design and construction to upgrade 12KV Loop Feed Circuits 401 and 425 at Naval Base Kitsap, Bremerton, Wash. Work for this task order is expected to be completed by Jul. 2011. All work on this contract will be performed primarily within the NAVFAC Northwest AOR which includes Wash. (92 percent), Ore. (2 percent), Alaska (2 percent), Idaho (1 percent), Mont. (1 percent), and Wyo. (1 percent), and may also be performed in the remainder of the U.S. (1 percent). The term of the contract is not to exceed 60 months, with an expected completion date of Sept. 2015. Contract funds for task order 0001 will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This contract was competitively procured via the Navy Electronic Commerce Online website, with 10 proposals received. These five contractors may compete for task orders under the terms and conditions of the awarded contract. The Naval Facilities Engineering Command, Northwest, Silverdale, Wash., is the contracting activity.
