DTN News - DEFENSE NEWS: U.S. Marines Conduct Embassy Reinforcement Exercise Near Camp Lemonnier

(NSI News Source Info) KOTTAKKAL, Kerala, India - October 30, 2013: U.S. Marines exit a MV-22 Osprey aircraft during an embassy reinforcement exercise at the Arta Range training area near Camp Lemonnier, Djibouti, Oct. 26, 2013. The Marines, assigned to the 13th Marine Expeditionary Unit Battalion Landing Team, performed riot control and force protection training. The 13th MEU is deployed with the Boxer Amphibious Ready Group as a theater reserve and crisis response force, also supporting Combined Joint Task Force-Horn of Africa. U.S. Air Force photo by Tech.
