(NSI News Source Info) TORONTO, Canada - August 27, 2012: Yesterday August 26 2012, Bala Kumar was awarded the Queen Elizabeth II Diamond Jubilee Medal, presented by Dr. Helena Jeczek, MPP. Oakridges Markham at the Memorial Park in Stoufville. After award presentation - posing for camera from left Police Officer, Town Crier, Police Office and K. V. Seth. The occasion was superb with large selective crowd followed by barbecue and excellent entertainment from various multi cultures based in the beautiful land of Canada.
Bala Kumar, a tireless dedicated social worker assisting and caring for the handicapped for a long period, now running senior centres with passion to uplift and enlighten in a happy pleasant environment and full house with a waiting list for membership., as her goodwill is spreading by word of mouth. The Town of Markham has approached her to set another centre based on her unique successful Senior Centre.
