People walked past an effigy of Mohammed Ajmal Kasab, the lone surviving member of the 10-man group that attacked several Mumbai landmarks last year, ahead of the Holi festival, or the "Festival of Colors", in Mumbai. The effigy of Mr. Kasab will be burned as part of the Holika Dahan festival on late Tuesday night, when people will light bonfires with old wood, sticks, branches and leaves, as one of the most important ceremonies during the Hindu festival, which symbolizes the victory of good over evil.
