Nashi rallied under the slogan "Thieves must sit in prison." Now back on trial, Mr. Khodorkovsky, 45, stands accused of laundering more than $20 billion and embezzling hundreds of millions of tons of oil when his company, Yukos Oil, was Russia's largest private company.
